Physical component: Not only does Michal possess a significant physical build, with an excellent basic muscular structure, but he also excels in executing coordinative abilities. He has excellent flexibility and mobility and is very reactive. He can perfectly judge the ball’s trajectories and, thanks to his long arms, can catch it very easily. This physical advantage greatly influences his decision-making ability, allowing him to easily resolve difficult situations most of the time. His other conditional abilities, such as power, strength, and speed, are also excellent.

Technical – Tactical component: He is a very structured and technically gifted player. He can play with both feet, although his strength lies in his right foot. However, he needs to improve his use of his weaker foot. In terms of defense, he excels in one-on-one situations and long-distance shots. Due to his long legs, he needs to work on close-range shots by training to keep his body posture lower to the ground. Fundamentals are certainly not an issue for him, given his confidence in diving, catching, and collecting (both high and low). His ability to read the game is also excellent. However, he needs to improve his defense of the space behind the defensive line.

Psychological Component: he has consistently demonstrated a high level of concentration during the exercises proposed at the camp, which has allowed him to increase his technical skills with new abilities. He enjoys a high level of confidence and self-esteem, believing strongly in his capabilities as a goalkeeper, and is capable of remaining positive even in the face of errors or challenging situations. He exhibits a great level of adaptability, adjusting his behaviors and skills to the various contexts demanded by the training.

His willingness to continue learning and his curiosity in asking questions to improve his skills are very important. He is a young man who knows how to work perfectly in a team, helps and advises younger players, and accepts feedback from the coaches.

He’s still growing, so I think it won’t be a problem and if he continues with this physical part he’ll be successful if he’s taller;

Technical – Tactical component:
In goal defense, he has a good basic technique at all times of the game, but he needs to understand the game more and know how to position himself in goal at all times of the game.

He needs to know how to play closer to the team in controlling the depth of the game because he is not a very communicative goalkeeper, although when he speaks, he is successful, even so he has to improve his leadership in that part;

Psychological Component:
He has a lot of confidence in his decisions, and he is not afraid to clash with his opponent. It is very calm and in more tense moments of the game it helps a lot.
